Welcome to the north…on the coast of Wittow Peninsula, not far from the famous lighthouses of Kap Arkona, our lovely Haus Lillesol is situated directly on the historical park of the seaside village of Juliusruh. Located only a few minutes from the fine sand beach of the Baltic Sea…
THE HOUSE
Designed by architect Peter Dobelstein and built by local craftsmen, the house blends harmoniously into its surroundings with its natural, weather-stained wooden façade in front of the old Linden trees on the park path. The three bedrooms, spacious living and dining area and two bathrooms can accommodate up to six people of all ages at any time of year.
Enjoy the calm in the early or late seasons. In Autumn or Winter, hunt for amber on the beach, relax in the sauna or by the fireplace. In Summer, spend time with the family by the water. Everything is easily accessible without a car because the sea is only a few minutes walking-distance away.
Sea is more.
An ideal place for all those who want a qualitative time out and nature lovers, design enthusiasts, art-lovers…

LOCATION AND SURROUNDING AREA
The house resides away from the main traffic routes on the south side of the late Baroque Kurpark Juliusruh; a 200-year-old Linden tree natural monument founded by Julius von der Lancken in the late 18th century.
DIRECTIONS
From Stralsund over the new Rügen Bridge, follow the B96 straight ahead, past Bergen and about four kilometres after Lietzow turn left to Sagard, then always northwards via Glowe to Breege/Juliusruh. There, simply take the second exit to the left and you will arrive at the northern end of the village street, where the street ‘Am Kurpark’ immediately turns off to the right. The house is located in the small holiday settlement right next to the park.
Please note: in high season or on Saturdays, the roads can be very busy. The route over the water can be an attractive shortcut. Simply turn left in Samtens and follow the signs to the Wittow ferry, cross over briefly behind Trent and then via Lobkevitz to Breege, where you only need to follow the village road to the northern end, which will take you directly to the park.
